Problem Definition
Swire Properties is the biggest conglomerate of Hong Kong (owns majority stakes in Cathay Pacific, Coke, Airport, Roadways, Reebok etc.) and owns 6 shopping malls of about 70 floors each in Hong Kong. The idea is to bring over 400 retailers from these shopping malls to sell their products on a single integrated online marketplace, and integrate the shopping experience of the visitors with the Loyalty Program of Cathay Pacific.

Solution Framework
good2me.com has been implemented using BroadVision One-to-One to enable strong personalization and track customer's shopping behaviour. Visitors to good2me.com get to see products targeted specifically to them and can place order for products of their choice. The entire order processing is automated using automated emails, notifications and alerts so that the customer orders are fulfilled by the merchants as per the fulfillment agreement.
