The candidate must fulfill the following criteria:

1. BE / BTech / MCA with good and consistent academic record (PN: you will be tested on your maths skills!)
2. Should have at least 6 Months experience of working on SharePoint 2003/MOSS 2007
3. Should have implemented at least 1 live project using MOSS 2007
4. Should familiar with InfoPath/Forms Server
5. Should be decently familiar with Web Services and SOA
6. Should be familiar with Windows Workflow Foundation
7. Minimum Years of experience required:
   1. Team Members: 1-2 Years
   2. Senior Team Members: 2-4 Years
   3. Module Leaders: 4 Years+
   4. Project Leads: 5 Year+

Must Have Done:

1. Requirements Analysis and Design
2. Quality Coding
3. Unit Testing
4. Implementation specific Documentation

Will be good to have:

1. Have created User Manuals in the past
2. Have decent UI skills
3. Team Leadership/Project Management Skills
4. Have worked at Customer site in the past
