Problem Definition

BSNL Gurgaon is one of the biggest Telecom Organization in India. Gurgaon Telecom looks after the operations, maintenance and development of Telecom services of the Gurgaon Revenue District. BSNL Gurgaon has a large pace of customers. The number of telephone connections has almost DOUBLED in the last two years, whereas it has gone up THREE TIMES in the Gurgaon Rural Area in the last two years. The number of their customers has drastically increased and it was difficult for them to process frequent requests of their customers.


Solution Framework
Convergent Technologies developed a Customer Relationship Management system for BSNL Gurgaon .The system is a Web based interface offering to its customers an Information Portal about customer-centric services like Waiting List; Status of services asked for; Customer Service Center Locators; regular updates on Services offered, Commercial, Billing and Tariffs by BSNL; and most importantly, it offers its customers the facility to find out the status of their outstanding monthly telephone bills through the internet.
