Ms. Rashmi Sharma has over 13 years of experience in People Management, Client Servicing and Knowledge Management.
As the Head of Competence Management Group at Convergent Technologies, Rashmi is responsible for building Trust Relationship within People within the organization and maintaining good Public Relation with the partner and customer eco-system, which are essential for growth in any IT Consulting Organization. Rashmi takes keen interest in designing KM Initiatives for Large Corporates and Partners.
Prior to Convergent Technologies, Rashmi has worked with TBWA\Anthem Interactive, Surya Roshni and Kuoni International in various Corporate Communication and Client Servicing roles.
Ms. Rashmi Sharma has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC, Delhi). She has done her schooling in France, Morocco and South Korea.

Mr. Sujit Panigrahi is the CTO at Convergent Technologies.
Mr. Sujit Panigrahi and his team have developed products and solutions in the areas of Enterprise Applications; Collaboration, Publishing and Search; Enterprise Application Integration; Television Graphics; and Real-time Results Systems amongst other systems.
Sujit was the Head of Technology (Additional Director General - Technology) for Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 between October 2008 and January 2010, and was responsible for planning and design of all Infrastructure and Services under 6 Program Areas under Technology Functional Area - (a) Games Management Systems, (b) Games Information Services, (c) Timing, Scoring & Results Systems, (d) Telecommunication Services (Games Data Network, Security Data Network, Broadcast Data Network and Games Voice Network, Radio Communication, Mobile Services), (e) Networking within 60 add venues and (f) Technology Systems and Services within each Venue.
Sujit has also worked with AmSoft Systems which did the Television Graphics for Barcelona Olympics 1992, in collaboration with PESA Systems, Spain. This system was reused at Atlanta Olympics 1996 and Sydney Olympics 2000. Sujit has hands-on experience on various projects in BroadVision, Vignette and Microsoft Technologies.
Mr. Sujit Panigrahi is also the CIO of HarVa, a rural enterprise which aims at harnessing the value and potential of rural India.
Sujit has done his Master of Engineering (Systems and Information) and Master of Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India.
